While I'm not exactly gleeful like some of the folks over here, I'd be lying if I didn't admit to humming 'Ding Dong The Witch is Dead' when I heard the news.

Schadenfreude is a powerful thing.
It is an end to an era though - circusfaerie (for example) had no idea who this guy was, or why anyone would be so exercised over his passing.
Interesting.
While I think it's extremely squicky to rejoice that someone is dead, it certainly feels like the end of an era.
