House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is conducting a phone poll -- the number is 1-202-225-0100. Just call in and say "I'd like to register my support for the impeachment of President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney." If you're tired of the way things are going, take 45 seconds out of your day to make some change.
I did. The person who answered the phone was lovely and patient. Why not make your voice heard?
It's not that I don't agree with the sentiment, but it feels like closing the barn doors after the horse ... and the cows ... and the chickens, and the rats have all escaped.
It also feels like fighting against something rather than fighting for something which I think would be more productive (as the universe does not hear "not" in the "do not want" statement.
