Vacation blog
Had a great day here in Denver. I went with Kimberly to pick up her cap & gown for her graduation on Friday. Naturally, it made me go all verklempt because I remember when she first decided to go back to school and I imagine I'll lose it on Friday at the ceremony as well. (Somebody has to keep her mom company!)
It was hotter than balls today, so we lingered in as many restaurants, grocery stores & coffee shops as we could. Yay free air conditioning! Yay free wifi! Thank all that is good and holy that the weather cooled down substantially so we could watch jim_t play softball and not have heat stroke.
Tomorrow is hair appointments and general celebrating, so it's off to bed early tonight. Amazingly, I'm not dying of allergies with four cats in the house! Maybe it's time to consider adopting my own...
