2006 update

The sobering news of the week:

• My townhouse is out of escrow - I am no longer a homeowner.
  
• Circusfaerie finally has a definitive diagnosis on her back trouble, and a treatment plan is in progress. Everybody send healing energy her way!
  

Things that made me laugh this week:

• (A mother to their child running wild in the local Target) "Du jour, get over here!"
• (Attempting an ill-advised left turn into the Shoe Warehouse) "Let me over - it's about shoes, bitch!"
• Q: "Honey, what would we do without Katamari?"
  A: "I don't know - have a healthy relationship?"
  

Things that surprised me this week:

• Amazingly, I do not have LA's best bunz.
  

2005 was nothing compared to this!
