Well, I won't begin my temp job today, but I do have an interview this afternoon. We'll see how it goes. And because I can't stop posting random silliness, I have to thank Metafilter's handful of rain for this gem.

3/04/2005 5:23 PMwowzer - an american who laughs at eddie izzard. i saw him when i was at college and the thing i laughed loudest at wasn't even a joke - he was doing his guy fawkes bit and i made this really loud SNORK noise through my nose when he off-handedly referred to the man in question as guido fawkes - how the fuck was i meant to know that was actually his real ridiculous name? it sounds like classic izzard, right? never the less, i was the only ignoramous in the auditorium who DIDN'T know this, and my SNORK echoed round the silent room so that eddie actually looked right at me like "what?"
